Dr. Marva Davis and staff have spent years offering the best patient care for families with cats and dogs in the surrounding communities. We are proud to introduce Dr. Fiakpui to our clientele and the southside community, so patients don’t have to wait weeks or months for a specialist cardiac evaluation when the patient’s need is more urgent.

Nonya Fiakpui, VMD, MS, DACVIM (Cardiology)

Veterinary Degree: University of Pennsylvania
Internship: The Ohio State University
Residency: Purdue University
Master’s Degree: Purdue University

Dr. Fiakpui worked in multispecialty referral hospitals in Sweden and New England before transitioning to working as remote teleconsultant and helping pets around the world. She has lectured both domestically and internationally, and assisted in the training of veterinary students and aspiring cardiologists. Through her company, Synchrony Veterinary Cardiology, she works to make clinical cardiology accessible to all pets. She is excited to collaborate with Dr. Davis, bringing her expertise and over a decade of experience to Sibley Animal Hospital!
